Dear Friends and family,

Last week Carol and I took our four children (from our Children of Destiny School) camping in the Redwoods of Northern California. We left Monday morning, and returned Thursday evening.

We camped in the K.O.A. campground just north of Crescent City, CA. We have camped there many times in the past 18 years. We had a great time of relaxation, devotion and siteseeing!

The reason that I am so enamored with this area is the access to beach, redwoods, and the beautiful Smith River. All three destinations are within 10 minutes of the campground.

Thank you for your prayers, support and love! We know that we are where God has called us for this time. Please continue to pray for our CDTS as we prepare to minister in Tepic, Mexico this September and October.

Pray too that our hunger for His presence will continue to grow. We know in the coming days there will be more and more difficulties, and knowing His purposes and direction is our best defense against the enemies schemes.

Our prayer for you is that you would know His “peace that passes understanding” each and every day! Shine the Light!
